Daily Rates:

Full Day Commercial Use/Video Production($900) Up to 12 Hours

1/2 Day Commercial Use/Video Production($500) – Up to 6 Hours

*All video productions fall under the commercial rates. Commercial rates include use of lighting and equipment.

Full WEEKDAY Personal Use($300) – 8 hour rental for personal use.

1/2 Day WEEKDAY Personal Use($175) – 4 hour rental for personal use.

Full Day WEEKEND Personal Use($400) – 8 hour rental for personal use.

1/2 Day WEEKEND Personal Use($250) – 4 hour rental for personal use.

Notes:
1.) Set up and breakdown/cleanup should happen within the time frame of your rental period.
2.) Additional hours may be purchased, if available.

Commercial rates: $100/hr

Individual rates: $65/hr (WEEKDAY) $75/hr (WEEKEND)

Photography Membership Pricing:

Bronze Photography Package
includes 10 weekday hours per month
$500 per month ($50/hr)

Silver Photography Package
includes 20 weekday hours per month
$800 per month ($40/hr)

Gold Photography Package
includes 20 weekday hours per month and 4 weekend hours per month
$900 per month ($35/hr weekday, $50/hr weekend)

VIP Photography Package
includes 40 weekday hours per month and 8 weekend hours per month
$1400 per month ($25/hr weekday, $50/hr weekend)

*Hours are based on a first come, first serve basis and scheduled via Google calendar.

Video Podcast Membership

OPTION 1 $500
Includes FULL production of 2 monthly podcasts (recording and editing). Any additional podcasts will be an additional $400.

Notes: Memberships are renewed monthly and can be adjusted month to month. There is no obligation to renew your membership after 90 days. All members requesting recurring billing will be billed monthly on the date specified above and can only be cancelled by the member. Time booked can also be used as a meeting room for clients and will count towards your monthly hours.

By submitting this form you agree to the following terms:

Members are subject to a $25 late fee if payment is made after 5 business days from the first of the month.

I understand and assume all risks for any damages to equipment and studio during session that is booked.

I understand any time over the rental period negotiated and contracted will incur additional fees of $50/hr on weekdays and $65/hr on weekends.

I understand and assume all responsibility for ensuring the studio is clean and all studio owned equipment are stored by the end the of the contracted booking time.

I understand I must notify Media City of any cancellations up to 24 hours before scheduled booking.

I understand that unused monthly hours are not carried over to the next month and will reset at the beginning of cycle specified in the above date.

I understand that any hours booked over my package will result in additional fees ($50/hour on weekdays OR $75/hour on weekends).

I understand that I am permitted to have 5 people in the studio for any booking (including the photographer) and will pay an additional $25 per person.

I understand booking and location is based on availability.

I understand new members are required to maintain an active membership for 90 days before cancellation.
